We have two different styles of classes for kids aged 7-16, and both are available on either membership option!
Taekwon-Do
While the specifics of the class vary on a 3 week cycle of Forms, Self-Defense, and Sparring, our primary focus is keeping kids engaged and learning! Martial Arts is our vehicle to providing a class of discipline and personal growth!
Fitness
With a unique blend of cardio and martial arts, this class is designed to get the body moving in a quick paced class that is sure to keep kids engaged and having fun!We combine our age groups in this class, because with less focus on a structured class, our Teenagers can get the training the need, along with a boost of motivation from the younger kids who look in awe at their raw power!
