We have classes Monday thru Friday, for ages 3 and up! Select your age group for more information!

Early
Stages

Ages 3 to 6

It’s not babying, it’s just science.

At this age, students are still developing their social and emotional minds, and need a little more guidance than their older siblings, but they LOVE having fun!

Kids
Classes

Ages 7 to 9 / 10 to 12

At these ages, kids demand a little more independance, but are probably not great at self-regulation, and still need some guidance.

The overall focus is developing a strong instrinsic drive to help them push themselves to greatness!
Although there are a lot of differences in Teens and Adults, both tend tie strong social aspects to training.

That is to say that whether it is showing off, or working together, having peers to train alongside brings out the best in us!

About the Classes

Early Stages

  • Each Class includes a Warm Up, Mat Chat, and Cooldown Games.
  • A class for developing the building blocks of TaeKwon-Do.
  • Focus on skills such as Balance, Discipline, and Coordination.

TaeKwon-Do

  • Each class includes a Warm Up, Mat chat, Techniques and Cooldown.
  • Self-Improvement Class.
  • Main Focus Rotates through Patterns, Sparring, and Self-Defense Weekly.

All-Train

  • Each Class includes Warm Up and Cooldown
  • Cardio and Techniques Training
  • Bring a Family member FREE!

Open Mat

  • Each Class includes Warm Up, Techniques and Cooldown.
  • Open Style class with an opportunity for individual focus.

Advanced

  • Each Class includes Warm Up, Techniques, and Cooldown.
  • Focus on the most elite side of skills, to further enhance our Black Belts.
  • Rotates alongside TaeKwon-Do.

Leadership

  • Each Class includes Warm Up, Mat Chat, and Cooldown.
  • A more intense training opportunity for the most dedicated.
  • Rotates alongside TaeKwon-Do.
  • Development of Leadership skills through helping in younger classes twice a week.
