We have classes Monday thru Friday, for ages 3 and up! Select your age group for more information!

Early Stages

3 to 6 Years Old

In these classes we utilize a blend of fun and games with learning, to facilitate healthy learning for our ninjas!

It’s not babying, it’s just science.
At this age, students are still developing their social and emotional minds, and need a little more guidance than their older siblings, but they LOVE having fun!

Kids Classes

7 to 12 / 13 to 16

We have two age groups, and both are beginner friendly! Our class structure has 2 forms of classes:

Taekwon-Do
A class focused on the accumulation of knowledge required to achieve your belts, with a focus on practical application.

Fitness Kids
A fast paced class full of moving our body, skill training, and fun!

Adult Classes

17+ Years Old

Classes are divided into 2 different styles:

Taekwon-Do
The Focus is learning the korean art of Taekwon-Do. Still a great work out, the class pace will change dependant on the weekly focus.

Fitness TKD
A more cardio based approach, we will use a unique blend of body weight, partner work and bag work to give you a truly kick butt experience!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to attend all the class styles? No! It is recommended to attend both styles, but if you only want to do one, power to you!
I don’t know where I fit in. That’s okay! We will help you decide where is the best place to start.
Why are there different classes? We understand that not every day has the same needs, but we also understand how important consistency is to building habits!
